Our cutting edge sliding head technology, equipped with up to 10 programmable axes, enables us to efficiently mill and turn complex profiles, even in challenging materials, for components over 300mm in length. We ensure high accuracy and cost effectiveness by combining milling and turning operations into a single process.
To meet diverse cleanliness standards, our automated degreasing machines handle part cleaning with alternative chemical options. Additionally, our post machining services, including rumbling, magnetic deburring, and partnerships in plating, anodising, and heat treatment, provide versatile finishing solutions to meet specific customer requirements from start to finish.
